Pneumatic knife holders are an advanced solution for cutting material with high cutting quality at high speeds. After supplying the air, the holder goes down and is pressed to the side against the lower knife. On the holder, you can set and control the 3 most important cutting parameters, which are the overlap of the upper knife compared to the lower one, the inclination of the upper knife to the lower one and the constant pressure of the upper knife to the lower one.
Holders with a minimum cutting width from 25 mm and holders for speeds up to 3000 m/min are available. The holders have various special enhancements, including a removable cartridge for quick blade changes and a graduated scale for adjusting the diameter of the blade after sharpening.
